How and when will I be able to track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your tracking number automatically in your email you will also receive an SMS from Royal Mail
Tracking comes automatically between 6 – 8pm on the day it has been dispatched.
Please check your junk mail too as your tracking often ends up there.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched same working day (mon-fri) if ordered before 1pm.
Although deliveries arrive on weekends, we do not DISPATCH on weekends.
This means if you ordered at any point after 1pm on Friday your order will be dispatched the next working day which is Monday.
